Privacy policy
This page is a working draft. The full privacy policy will be reviewed by counsel before launch and updated to comply with GLBA, CCPA, CPRA, and FCC TCPA disclosure requirements for AI-generated voice agents (Feb 2024 FCC ruling).
What we collect
Call audio, transcripts, caller phone number, called number, timestamps, and any data the caller volunteers (name, address, service request details). For integrations: ServiceTitan / Housecall Pro / Jobber API tokens are stored encrypted and never logged.
How we use it
Solely to operate the Hi Agent service for the contracting business that subscribes. We do not sell, share, or use customer call data to train shared AI models. Per-tenant retention defaults to 90 days; configurable down to 7 days or up to 12 months on enterprise plans.
Caller disclosure
Per FCC requirements and state AI disclosure laws (CA SB 1001, UT AI rules), the caller is informed at the start of every call that they are speaking with an AI assistant.
